The twins, out for a Saturday morning ride to the park, complete with bike helmets, fill their shoes with sand and empty it into the garbage tin. They are, at 29 months, following in the wheel tracks of their parents, who spent twenty months cycling from Tokyo to Warsaw when they left Australia to live here.
Inspired by a Ailsa's travel theme, Hats, and the need to maintain the anonymity of children.
Clever… 🙂
I hope they wait a little while before following in those footsteps. Speaking of which, thanks for the link, I could spend weeks reading there, help!!!
I have no idea how my daughter managed to keep the blog rolling so regularly as they rode! Last weekend on holidays near the river Bug they rode for a day with the twins on bike seats behind mum and dad. They’ve been doing this for ages now.
Such cute kids. Looks as though travel DNA runs in the family…
Can travel DNA run down to the twins and up to us from our daughter? I never travelled, until she began cavorting round the world and consorting with Poles! First overseas trip was to visit her in Egypt, when I was into my fifties.
Just a late starter then Meg, but once you have caught the bug it is hard to settle down…
Nice one, Meg 🙂
